A BPO Improves Time to Revenue by 300% by Automating an Account Payable Process

We required an advanced and next-generation platform to support thousands of concurrent users working in multiple shifts. We also wanted to reduce the time-to-revenue using a new system for invoice processing that adheres to security measures laid down by the end-customers. With the use of the new AP framework, we could reduce the maintenance throughout 60+ invoicing systems installations that supported 50-1000 concurrent users each. The time to revenue was also reduced from 12 weeks to 4 weeks.
