Products and Services include applications developed or provided by Nividous, including applications developed or provided by Nividous, such as AI Navigator (Nividous assessment tool available at ai-navigator.nividous.com). This Privacy Policy governs our data collection, use, disclosure and processing of information obtained through the website and the Products and Services. By using the website, or the Products and Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. Depending on the Product or Service, we may also collect information such as your industry, company size, role, primary technology stack, additional context provided by you, annual revenue range, primary region, primary cloud or infrastructure, AI journey stage, and data or AI team size. Where you choose to provide optional free-text responses, uploads, or additional context, we may also collect the information you provide through those features.
“Personal Information”
This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Nividous collects and uses your personal information to operate its website and to deliver the Products and Services you have requested. Nividous has a legitimate interest in doing so in order to run its business and deliver its Products and Services.
Nividous may also use your Personal Information to inform you of other products or services available from Nividous but only if we have received your consent to do so. You can withdraw your consent at any time but withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any communications Nividous has sent to you before your consent was withdrawn.

Where you have provided consent, we may use anonymized assessment scores in aggregate benchmark comparisons and may send marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
- Certain Products and Services, including AI Navigator, use artificial intelligence to process information and generate outputs. For AI Navigator, Assessment Information may be shared with Anthropic, the provider of the Claude artificial intelligence service, to generate assessment results and advisory reports.
Aggregate Benchmarking
- AI Navigator may allow users to opt in to having their assessment scores included in aggregate benchmark comparisons. If you provide consent, your assessment scores may be combined with scores from other users to calculate benchmark results shown to other users. Benchmark results will not display your name, contact information, company name or individual assessment responses. Benchmark comparisons are derived from aggregated participant-submitted assessment information.
- Participation in benchmarking is voluntary. You may withdraw your consent through the options made available in AI Navigator or by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal will apply to future use and will not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
Retention of Personal Information
If you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an email from us. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.
For the Products and Services, we retain account information, information submitted through an application, Assessment Information, generated reports, analytics and logs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant Product or Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Certain Products and Services may use automated processes to delete inactive accounts and associated information after the applicable retention period. We may retain anonymized or aggregated information where it no longer identifies an individual.
